FLAT&ROOM2RENT manages accommodation in shared apartments, both complete housing and by rooms, managing on behalf of the owner and charging a monthly percentage for the services provided. The priority objective is to obtain an economic return in a comfortable and simple way, greater payment security and optimal maintenance of your apartment. Through a private contract, the rental price of the property is agreed with the owner, which will be settled monthly within the first fortnight of each month. Once the term expires, the owner can choose to renew it or have full disposal of it. This price will be conditioned by aspects such as

- Room size.
- State of conservation of the property.
- Condition of furniture and appliances.
- Type of decoration.
- Distance to universities.
- Communication by public transport.
- Common elements of the building.

Steps to follow to offer your apartment:
- Carefully read all the information written on the website.
- If you agree with Room2rent's way of working, you must request a first visit to the property
- FLAT&ROOM2RENT SL will make the visit to know the conditions of the apartment and advise on a possible adaptation. For this first trip it is not necessary to have the apartment completely prepared with everything that comes in the contract. Precisely the purpose of this visit is to assess the apartment and advise the owner on the best arrangement of furniture and decoration of the house.
- If the apartment is approved, the owner must deliver all the required documentation.
Documentation to be submitted by the owner:
- Photograph and ID of the owner/s and/or representative who signs the contract, in digital format
- Deed of the apartment and photocopy.
- Current or pending certificate of habitability and photocopy.
- Copy and original of current home insurance contract.
- Receipt of being up to date with payment of consumption, maintenance and registration of consumption services.
